DATA PROCESSING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Step 1
For data processing services, you can provide information to Lê Minh Data Service including: the sample size of the study, survey questionnaires, research model (variables’ symbols in the model need to be clearly stated in the survey questionnaire; this ensures that we can quickly and accurately initiate the models), research hypotheses, and other requirements as expected by the author such as which variables are excluded from the model, which variables have strong/weak impacts in the model, etc.
For other services, please send detailed information via email to phantichamos@gmail.com or through Zalo messages. The content should clearly specify the service requirements. We will contact you back immediately upon receiving the information.
Step 2
Following that, upon receiving the information from you, Lê Minh Data Service will get in touch and proceed to process the data, delivering the results to you in the shortest possible time.
Step 3
The cost will be calculated based on each specific service package. Lê Minh Data Service does not require any upfront deposits; the results will be shown to you via Google Meet beforehand, and payment will only be made upon satisfaction. It is also stated clearly that we will only send the results after successful transfer of funds. The results provided for the data processing service packages include:
(1) Data file (encrypted data file);
(2) Report file extracted from the corresponding analysis software;
(3) Project files (model files available in the software);
(4) Instruction file for reading the results if needed.
For other service packages, we will interact directly with you during the implementation process.
SUPPORT POLICY AFTER TRANSFER OF RESULTS
Although the data has been processed and handed over to you, in many cases, there may be changes that arise. In such instances, Le Minh Data Service commits to providing attentive support completely free of charge, provided that the research model and survey questionnaire remain unchanged. There are certain exceptions, and in those cases, we will consider whether additional charges are necessary. This is a consistent policy across all our services.
INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

All personal information and research article information (including questionnaires, models, topics and data) sent to Le Minh data service is guaranteed to be absolutely confidential. We commit that your personal information will only be used for communications with you related to data processing. We will not share, disclose or sell your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent.
- Storing information
All research article information sent to Le Minh Data Service will only be stored on our internal server for data processing. We do not share this information with any other third parties.
