This data kit is based on the model from the article (Purohit & Arora, 2021) – “Adoption of Mobile Banking at the Bottom of the Pyramid: An Emerging Market Perspective” is a study of factors affecting factors The use of mobile banking services in the customer group at the bottom of the pyramid (BOP) in an emerging market. This research has collected data from 332 bank customers in the BOP group through a questionnaire based on previous precise measurements.
